The Magic Box

What can I put into the Magic Box?

There is NO LIMIT to how many items you can place in your Magic Box per service period. 

The ONLY limitation is that EACH task placed into the Magic Box takes no more than 30 minutes to complete. 

Examples of tasks we have already completed for our Magic Box clients include:
 

Dry Cleaning and Ironing: Drop offs and collections of suits, evening wear, manchester, silk tops, business shirts and delicates.
Financial Errands: Banking of cheques & money, payment of bills online, payment of bill at Australia Post, setting up direct debits for automatic payment, organise charity donations, money orders.
Medical Errands: Picking up scripts, Medicare and Health fund claims, getting copies of medical receipts to claim or for tax reasons.
Repairs: Clothing, shoes, jewellery, watches, faulty appliances.
Post/Deliveries: Post parcels, deliver money or item(s), post letters/payments, collect mail from PO Box.
Returns: Faulty items, library books, DVDs, get replacement parts and/or products.
Buy/Collect: Gifts, one of two items from department and speciality stores (Big W, Office Works, Bunnnings, David Jones, Kmart, Priceline), stationery supplies, items from friends or other places, gift cards, eBay items, magazines.  
Bookings: Trades people, car service/wash, cleaners/gardeners, handy men, doctors/specialists, vet or pet grooming, professionals (Accountants, Lawyers), exercise classes, hair & beauty, rsvp to invitations, kids parties venues, cleaners.
Research: the best product or services, best brand in a particular price range, party options for children or special occasions, activities for children to do during school holidays, gifts for hard to buy for people, grants, rebates and other government entitlements, hard to find musical pieces and/or rare objects.
Get quotes and prices: Trades people estimates for services, best prices for specific items wanted by a client.
Phone calls: Querying charges on bills, get copies of bills, reporting utility faults, calling Property Managers and/or Landlords.
Paperwork: Filling in insurance claim documentation, passport applications, sort through and collate paperwork, making minor formatting changes on documents. 

To meet our clients needs we regularly use certain suppliers and/or recommended products that have met our rigorous standards and quality workmanship.  However the choice of the supplier we use or the product we buy is completely up to you. In the past we have changed our preferred suppliers as we have used a supplier that our client recommended and found them to be better!

So is there anything I can't put into the Magic Box?

Well yes - not a lot, but a number of tasks do fall outside the Magic Box service time limit.  See Other Tasks & Services page to find out what we also do apart from the Magic Box.
