Read more We run a tight ship during the week and often we work after hours and on weekends. I needed to organize somebody to take control of time consuming household chores so we could spend quality time with the kids when not working. Amanda knew exactly what I needed and organized a house cleaner for me. Now for me this would have involved getting on the phone speaking to several people for quotes and needs, then interviewing, supervising, explaining, showing and all the things that go with setting up a stranger into my home. All I had to do was let Amanda know what I needed and the rest she did for me. We were kept informed via email regarding quotes and final go ahead's in a very efficient manner and even with the Easter long weekend in the middle it has all happened for us.
I got home one day and the house was refreshingly clean. Before I had even inspected closely, Amanda was on the phone letting me know what her inspection and opinion of the cleaner was and how we could improve things better for next time. It was great. I've been really busy lately and having a Magic Box service was great. They dealt with my postage and dry cleaning, bought presents for birthdays and Christmas, helped with forms, organised parts of my life and continually asked me what else they could be doing to help. Everyday PA have actually improved the quality of my life. I now have someone to delegate those tasks to that have sat at the bottom of my in-tray or that have been on my mind for a while and I simply haven't had time to get to.
