PRICE GUARANTEE

We will quote you a price upfront. This means you will know exactly how much you will be paying before we even commence. Our price guarantee gives you peace of mind knowing that you will not get a nasty surprise when you receive our invoice.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We are so confident of our work, we offer you a money back guarantee! Whilst we cannot guarantee the work of third-party services you might engage, we guarantee the work of our Lifestyle Assistants for up to three months after the work is completed. This means if you find within the three months of us delivering you a service that any of the work performed by our Lifestyle Assistants is not satisfactory, you have the peace of mind knowing that we will either resolve the issue immediately or give you your money back.

PREFERRED SUPPLIER GUARANTEE

We NEVER accept commission or other benefits from any supplier or organisation we may suggest to you. We do have a Preferred Supplier List that our clients have access to but, these organisations have all been independently audited by us and found to be reliable, trustworthy, give value for money and most importantly do what they say they are going to do. This list is monitored on a yearly basis with our client's feedback on their service being our primary way of tracking their performance.
